Thank you for being here! As a therapist, and as a human being, I strive to be authentic, compassionate, and insightful. I partner with clients to make sure you feel fully comfortable and understood. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationship problems. Together, we can explore the roots of who you are, improve your coping to effectively manage symptoms and life stressors, and learn how to express emotions that may be challenging to face. Our work will help move you towards where you want to go.
My approach is integrative, and looks different for each client based on their individual desires and goals. I am trained in a variety of modalities, and see the best outcomes for clients when I lean into certain styles based on their feedback. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and work with clients from a multicultural perspective.
