I primarily see children age 5 through 17 at this time, with a special focus on anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD and abuse recovery, and highly sensitive/highly empathic children.
My approach to therapy is relational and is grounded in Individual Psychology, CBT, and Attachment Theory. I use a wide variety of approaches based on the needs of my clients, including play, sand tray, education, modeling, co-regulation, games, and parental support.
