My approach is relational, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. I integrate EMDR, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and mindfulness.
Together we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening self-trust, and developing tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and alignment with your values.
