About
Do others tell you that you are too hard on yourself? Or perhaps you notice that you get stuck in a loop of worries? I am a therapist who works with adults experiencing: anxiety, panic attacks, social anxieties, life transitions, overwhelm, self-doubt, high sensitivity, and the impact of trauma. While I enjoy working with those in all walks of life, a particular focus of my practice is working with women who identify as perfectionists. I also work with children who are working through anxiety, low confidence, and emotional dysregulation (though please note that i am not accepting any new child or teen clients at this time).
I use a variety of approaches in my work with clients including trauma informed therapies, polyvagal theory, somatic work, skills building, attachment theory, and cognitive approaches. I am a certified EMDR therapist, and use EMDR to help reduce the impact of anxiety or trauma. I enjoy helping my clients connect to the most authentic version of themselves.
Along with these approaches, I bring warmth, a sense of humor, and curiosity. I have experience providing therapy to kids, teens, families, and adults. I feel so honored and grateful to do this work, and look forward to hearing from you. Note about contact: Please note that I am much quicker to respond to emails.
