Do you often feel like you're holding it all together on the outside, but underneath you're anxious, overwhelmed, or second-guessing yourself?
I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, career stress, self-doubt, depression, panic, life transitions, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, and OCD, among others.
While I work with people from all walks of life, I often support: overthinkers,
perfectionists, adults exploring how their childhood experiences have shaped them, and those who are curious about or learning to navigate life through the lens of neurodivergence (such as ADHD).
I use strategies including EMDR (I’m EMDR certified), cognitive strategies, Anchored Relational Therapy, parts work, polyvagal theory and nervous system based approaches, I-CBT for OCD, and attachment theory. My goal is to provide both practical support, and a deeper exploration of the emotional and relational patterns that shape your experience.
In addition to these approaches, I bring warmth, humor, and curiosity to my work. I feel honored to support individuals on their path toward growth and healing, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you.
