As a Clinical Psychologist, my expertise centers on life transitions, relationships, self-care, academic and job stress, depression, anxiety and bereavement. In addition, I work with Executives who seek to develop their Leadership skills, provide consultation services to organizations and am involved in the training of Doctoral students.
My training has been mostly in psychoanalytic theory and practice, yet integrate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques in the therapy space, when indicated. I have also completed additional training in Executive Leadership.
I strive for my practice to be an inviting and affirming space for people of all identities and backgrounds and work to ensure you feel supported while approaching your goals with flexibility and care. I consider therapy as a resource for self-empowerment, support, insight, and growth, and I strive to work with you to manifest these goals.
