After receiving training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I seek to implement these evidence-based modalities in my practice working with adolescents or adults who are members of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent, and/or struggling with depression, anxiety, or a history of trauma.
