One of my greatest clinical passions is supporting individuals navigating eating disorders and their relationship with food and their bodies. This includes concerns related to disordered eating, body image, body dysmorphia, self-esteem, and the complicated emotions and experiences that can shape how we see and care for ourselves. I recognize that these struggles are rarely just about food or appearance, and I approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the many personal, relational, cultural, and societal factors that can influence recovery.
I’m deeply passionate about the beautiful messiness of healing, growth, recovery, and life. My approach to counseling is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, harm reduction, and vulnerability. I strive to create a non-judgmental and inclusive space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported on your unique, non-linear path toward wellness.
