Hello, I’m Miguel Sanchez, a doctoral candidate, certified clinical trauma professional, and your bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual therapist for all residents in Texas. My goal is to support young adults and adults in navigating life’s challenges, whether they're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything else. I’m here to help you through it. My approach is trauma-informed and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will be a foundation for our work, but I’ll adapt to the best of my abilities and incorporate other therapy models as needed to best meet your needs.
We’ll work together to create a safe space focused on trust, growth, and healing. I work with teens and adults and provide individual therapy. I am bilingual and can also provide therapy in Spanish. I decided to become a therapist to provide a safe space for those who need it most.
