My primary area of focus is on depression and anxiety and attempting to alleviate and reduce symptoms while also building a strong foundation to be able to cope with events that may be inevitable. I hope to connect with you and start work to help you work on a continuous path of seeking clarity, peace, and well-being. The goal of our time together will be to help nurture healthy change with you in mind by learning about you as a person and your emotional needs and reducing negative feelings of anxiety, anger, guilt, and shame.
Everyone at one point or another has had difficulty in their lives. Sometimes, we are aware of problems that are causing us distress, other times, we just can’t seem to figure out “what is wrong”. My aim as your potential counselor is to provide support, and guidance, and provide a nonjudgmental space for you to seek clarity using a collaborative approach.
