Hello, my name is Miguel A. De La Fuente and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have experience working with clients struggling with most mental health obstacles. These topics include Bipolar, borderline, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. As well as relationships, career guidance, and life struggles/changes. I have worked closely with adults 18 to 40 years old of all ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds. I am also a veteran and have been a fitness/life coach for over 20 years.
My approach is eclectic and combines CBT, spiritual, psychodynamic, and positive psychology. I can adapt to any form of counseling and treatment required by the patient or client to meet your specific needs and unique obstacle. I am currently finishing my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and I am constantly learning new ways to serve my clients better.
