Our first meeting I will do an assessment and gather info. First followup we will put together our plan of action. I willI use EFT for anxiety, emotional reactivity, depression, processing trauma, deactivating cognitions, such as worries, obsessions, and urges. I use CBT otherwise and both for other problems. I also encourage my clients to practice Mindfulness daily to keep my clientele focused.
