Are you stressed out or feeling down? I I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other energy psychotherapy to deactivate the obsessions, the worries, and the urge to do the compulsion in those with OCD; to deactivate negative thoughts, even suicidal ideation; deactivate the mindreading of a person with social anxiety, along with negative body image; process trauma and whichever mental health issues it causes, PTSD, Depression, anxiety disorders, etc; and relieve pain (not cure the condition) pain management only. Otherwise, I use Cognitive challenging, Cognitive restructuring, EMDR, and/or Mindfulness for some clients/patients.

I have 16 years’ experience as a therapist, beginning with 5 years working in a drug rehab, then I worked at an outpatient psychiatric hospital, then a child guidance clinic, then I contracted as a counselor with the federal government (HHS, DOJ, DoD). I’ve worked at Let All Thrive Counseling for more than 3 years! I love my position at Let All Thrive! EFT.

I am good at, and enjoy, the Emotional Freedom Technique - it treats many things and works effectively when done with a qualified therapist and can be combined with Cognitive Challenging and Cognitive Restructuring for an effective approach. EFT processes trauma as well as EMDR and requires no equipment. EFT works well for OCD and behavior addictions. Each patient has their own needs.
