Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? I specialize in treating PTSD, OCD, GAD, Panic Disorder, social anxiety, depression, and co-occurring addictions or habits. I take a cognitive approach and use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other evidence-based energy psychology and other evidence-based therapy to process trauma and deactivate obsessions, worries, urges, negative thoughts (even suicidal ideation) and reduce emotional reactivity substantially. EFT can also support pain relief as a complementary method. I also use EMDR incorporated into EFT or use both. I have 50 hours of training each in EFT, TF-CBT, and EMDR.

With 17 years of experience, I began in a drug rehab, followed by work at a psychiatric hospital and a child guidance clinic. I then served as a federal government contractor (HHS, DOJ, DoD). I spent four years at a private counseling practice and currently work at Entune Behavioral Health since Cinco de Mayo.

I provide client-centered care in a private, supportive setting to help individuals improve their well-being and achieve personal goals. I’m certified in anxiety (CCATP) and trauma treatment (CCTP-II) and extensively trained in EFT, TF-CBT, and EMDR. Now accepting new clients at Entune Behavioral Health.
