I'll help you explore and navigate the complexities and struggles of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, mindless/emotional eating, infidelity, divorce, and other interpersonal relationship issues. I'll help you process your experiences, offer perspective, and teach you skills to help you through your life's journey. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet my client's individual and specific needs. I believe that people are not damaged, they just might be stuck, and in need of help.
I'll help you develop healthy thought patterns (breaking away from stuck points), improve your communication skills, improve behavior, and improve your self-image. I know confidentiality is important to my clients that is why your privacy and confidentiality is my top priority.
I speak Spanish and English fluently (Se habla Espanol.) I offer virtual-evening and weekend appointments. I am currently accepting new clients Sep/Oct. 2026 -call or email me, and we'll schedule you immediately. My fees range from $130-$160 for individual sessions, and $150-$200 for couple's and family sessions. I do offer sliding scale.
