Men's Process Group
Open process group for men ages 25 and up, creates a safe space for men to explore themselves, experiment with boundaries and compassion, to understand their own emotions along with other members. Group members enjoy a safe space to connect, challenge, and support each other. Group topics may include: navigating relationships, friendships in adulthood, life stresses due to career challenges and life transitions, pressures of masculinity and gender roles, body image, self introspection, and more. Virtual DBT Group for Adults
DBT skills group and RO DBT groups offered virtually for ages 18 and up. Skills groups focus on emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, distress tolerance and mindfulness. RO DBT has been shown to be an effective treatment for rigid thinking patterns, aloof and distant communication, isolation, chronic depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, avoidant, paranoid and dependent personality disorders and autistic spectrum disorders.
