My best work is in assisting my clients in a dynamic combination of Self Acceptance and Understanding. Utilizing techniques from psycho-dynamic, gestalt, mindfulness and body-mind therapies I lend direction in finding personal balance.
I have been in private practice for over 42 years. My primary focus in on women and the many transitions through which they journey. I have specialized in trauma resolution and anxiety distresses. My orientation is towards positive psychology and personal mentoring.
My personal directive comes from a faith based life and from knowing first hand the value of learning to trust someone, journeying through my challenges, and then finding resolution of my pain and fulfillment of my goals.
