Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Mide (pronounced "me-duh") and I'm glad you decided to look into what I can offer as your counselor. I believe counseling is a collaborative process, so I work hard to create a space where we can explore all aspects of life together, especially those that feel too heavy, complex, or confusing to tackle alone. I hope to join you as you process those experiences and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and of what you find meaning in. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, authenticity, and alignment between how you live and what matters most to you.

My special interests include working with couples, non-monogamous partnerships, and anyone experiencing sex and relationship concerns; first responders, healthcare professionals, and others who experience vicarious trauma; clients wishing to process emotional or sexual abuse, chronic illness, and changes in life/identity; and 2sLGBTQIA+ community members.
