About
Life is about change and transitions. Sometimes you might feel stuck in stressful situations involving relationships either at home or in the work place. I believe that most human beings welcome and value the opportunity to be listened to in a respectful and accepting way. I consider building a trusting and successful treatment relationship as the centerpiece of my work.
I have over thirty years of experience treating adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, work and relationship issues. In addition, I have done extensive work addressing cross cultural issues, women's issues, gay/lesbian issues and issues related to trauma.
I am fluent in English and in Spanish and have a lot of experience helping people from many different cultures. Telling your story, in your own words, is a good beginning. I believe that together we can successfully work on your personal challenges.
