Taking an integrative approach to therapy, I utilize more traditional modalities as well as EMDR, to support clients experiencing anxiety, physical and emotional trauma, grief, relational challenges, addiction, and other presentations. Mindfulness is a cornerstone for all services I provide, including couple’s work, where attachment theory and EFT are used.
A holistic framework ensures we are addressing all facets of the human experience. My intention is to create a safe space for clients to explore their needs and increase somatic awareness. Using therapy as a tool of empowerment and healing, my clients are able to improve their emotional intelligence and experience a more fulfilling life.
