I have a bachelor’s degree in social work from Stockton State University in Pomona NJ and a master’s degree in mental health Counseling from City University in Bellevue WA. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist through the WA state Department of Health. I have over 15 years of experience in varied mental health counseling settings I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Suicide Assessment and Treatment.
I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist. I tailor interventions depending on my clients' needs at the time. I like the flexibility of being able to meet the client where they are, as I believe this best serves the client in the realization of therapeutic goals.
