I work with Adults, both Individuals and Couples, to help you identify the life change you want and provide guidance toward seeing that change happen.
I use the tools and principles of Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and DBT to help clients address Anxiety, Depression, Life Changes, and Relationship Issues. I also implement EMDR and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to address Trauma.
I also work with Veterans, Active Duty, Reserves, and Their Families to address their unique challenges.
Expect to be understood and accepted, but also expect to have your beliefs examined and your behaviors challenged. I’ll be patient as you try out new behaviors and implement new insights, but I’ll also shoot straight with you.
