I work with adults who struggle with emotional, relational, and behavioral difficulties and are looking to create positive changes in their lives. Underlying any therapeutic techniques, my approach is direct and fundamentally humanistic. I respect clients as they are, and help guide and support them in achieving their unique goals, and becoming more happy, effective, successful, and fulfilled. I provide counseling for adults and couples, and also provide consulting for organizational development and leadership.
I have 20+ years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and teacher, and hold an MA degree in Counseling Psychology, a Certificate in Organizational Development and Leadership, and a BS degree in Communication. I have worked with clients of all ages in private practice, adult mental health programs, school and special education, and assisted living.
