My ideal clients are adults who come to therapy with a desire to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes, even if they are not sure where to start. Many feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, distracted, or stuck in patterns that are no longer working for them.

We are a practice that focuses on walking alongside men toward healing and becoming comprehensive in who they are. Our guess is that you’ve been thinking for some time about changing things, or perhaps everything has come to light very recently. What you do know is that something has to change, even if you don’t know what that “something” is just yet.

Are you struggling with the lasting effects of difficult and painful experiences? Maybe they have happened in the past or more recently. Maybe it's not just one big horrible experience, but a few stressful things that are troubling you. Are you struggling with sleeping, anxiety, grief, sadness, irritability, your health, or relationships? Does it seem like it's difficult to feel better because whatever you have tried hasn't worked?

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. You might be used to handling things on your own but you don’t have to
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a supportive, collaborative space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a meaningful first step.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Together, we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you, make sense of patterns in your life and relationships, and begin building tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

Often in life, we are too busy moving from one thing to the next to give ourselves time to reflect on what we experienced, especially the hardships. We get through them. We survive them, but we never process our emotions relating to them. We put them on the shelf in our emotional closet to deal with later, which never comes. Eventually the closet is overflowing with unresolved and unprocessed emotions and you may start feeling overwhelmed. This is the difference between survival and resilience. Surviving gets you through it, but resilience helps you grow from it. Allow me to help you grow through what you are going through.

What would you do tomorrow if you woke up free from that little voice of doubt, anxiety, and self-loathing? As a therapist, I love to explore the answer to that question with you. It’s my belief that we all are deserving of living into our greatest selves, but that this voice and its irrational nature prevent us from doing so. In an effort to change its narrative, we work together to explore, challenge, and reframe the negative core beliefs at the root of your suffering. It is the dual process of building self-awareness through empathetic exploration of blind-spots and the development of a strong therapeutic connection.

What if you could let your guard down, just a little, and be seen for who you really are?
Sometimes we don’t even realize how much we’ve been holding until it starts to ache—the weight of anxiety, loneliness, self-doubt, or patterns that quietly wear us down.
If you're here, you're likely navigating some of life's more difficult moments—feeling disconnected, overburdened, or like you're stuck in ways that no longer serve you. Maybe you've been trying to hold everything together on your own, only to feel more drained and alone.
No matter where you’re at, know this: it’s okay to not have all the answers. I'm here to help.
