If you have found my website, chances are you or someone you care about is going through a very challenging time. It may be a time of turmoil, conflict and pain. Psychotherapy involves attending to the concerns you have or issues you are facing in your life. I am here to help, and have worked with many people going through tough times, who have worried that things will not get better. I know that they can. Struggle and conflict, while frightening and painful, can be a hallmark of change.
My work with children, adolescents, and adults involves helping people address a wide variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and anger. My goal is to help people to resolve these issues when they have interfered with their life, relationships, work, and when they experience difficulty feeling good about themselves.
In addition to working with to establish a positive, empathic, and collaborative working relationship with you, I am able to use a variety of techniques from different psychotherapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic psychotherapies, to help you work through your struggles.
