Michigan Wellness Services supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, and life transitions. Many clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by past experiences. Our team provides trauma-informed, individualized care using EMDR (including EMDR for children), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy. We help clients process experiences, build coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
Our Team
You don’t have to keep holding it all together.
If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or weighed down by things you can’t explain, you're not alone. Life gets heavy sometimes, and it’s okay to need support. Whatever you're carrying, you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and start to heal. Together, we’ll slow things down and figure out what’s really going on, not just the symptoms, but the stories underneath them.

Hi friends! I’m Cassie. I help kids, teens, and young adults who feel stuck, anxious, or like they’re carrying more than they were ever meant to carry. For the overthinkers, the big feelers, and the trying-their-besters, this space is for you. Maybe your mind won’t slow down. Maybe your kiddo feels everything deeply. Or maybe you’ve gotten really good at saying, “I’m fine,” even when you’re not. You don’t have to perform here. Just come as you are. We’ll untangle things together until you feel a little more like yourself again.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults, ages 15 to 24, who are healing from trauma connected to their bodies and identities. Some of my clients are LGBTQ+ survivors of sexual abuse or relational trauma, looking for a therapist who won't need a crash course on who they are before the real work can start. Others are navigating the aftermath of a chronic illness diagnosis or a life-altering accident, grieving the body or life they had, and figuring out who they are now.
