I'm BIPOC, queer, trans, ND & sex-positive trauma therapist.
I offer a warm, collaborative space rooted in feminist and queer perspectives. I use Brainspotting, Flash Technique, somatic, and experiential modalities to process trauma from the bottom up, and trust your body’s wisdom. I also use Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, and values-based tools to help you live with more autonomy, compassion and meaning.
Healing is not linear, it’s a spiral. We revisit familiar themes with more insight, skills, compassion, and capacity each time.
