About
Sometimes we come to a season in which we realize that our current ways of dealing with past trauma, connecting with people, or balancing life stressors just aren't working anymore. I am passionate about creating a compassionate and safe setting where an individual, couple, or family can develop positive, effective, healthy changes, and coping skills. There is always hope and healing that can be rewritten into the path you are currently on, and you can change your destination. I have specific training in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and in the Gottman Method Level 1 and 2 for couple's therapy.
I specialize in working with women in the areas of relationship issues, parenting support, postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, and infant/pregnancy loss. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with issues related to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and spiritual issues.
Together we can explore the past experiences, emotional patterns, and core beliefs that have brought you to where you are.
