Taking the step to begin therapy—whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for your child—is meaningful, and I honor the courage it takes to reach out. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and that children and young people have an innate capacity for growth when given the right environment. My role is not to direct or fix, but to walk alongside you—offering empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, gently exploring challenges while building on existing strengths.
I work with people of all ages. For children ages 3-11, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy. I include parent consultation sessions for children ages 3-11. For Pre/teen, I use activities and talk therapy. With adults I use Person Centered therapy (talk therapy). I have 6 years of experience working with children, teens, their families and young adults.
