Individuals with whom I work find our time together effective for building resilience, personal effectiveness and creating greater happiness overall. Family members receive support for health/mental health conditions that have impacted their family. Professionals process work issues, address burnout, improve work performance and gain insights into interpersonal patterns. Individuals develop healthier ways to cope with stress and anxiety and improve their executive functioning skills. Couples and family members strengthen communication and connection. Life can more satisfying and peaceful if you are struggling in any of these areas.
My seasoned approach to therapeutic work is a strengths-based, whole-person perspective grounded in hope and compassion for the struggles in life that everyone faces. You will learn cognitive, emotional, interpersonal and mindfulness strategies to calm and improve how you move through life.
My therapeutic perspective is informed by previous work on community-based health research at Duke University Medical Center, where I worked with clients with a variety of mental health conditions. Our work together can focus on the areas of your life that you identify as most meaningful. I invite you to contact me to join your journey of self-discovery.
