I work with couples, families, and individuals using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in a non-pathologizing, empathic, humanistic approach. I integrate AEDP, EMDR, hypnosis, IFS parts work, mindfulness, and somatic work as needed to reduce the effects of attachment wounds and traumatic experiences.
