Welcome! I’m Michelle Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I understand that exploring the depths of your mind can feel daunting and challenging. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can navigate your thoughts and feelings. I specialize in helping individuals who are facing mood disorders, personality disorders, and the stressors of everyday life. Together, we can work through these challenges and find a path towards healing and understanding.
I enjoy using a cognitive-behavioral approach and person-centered interventions to support people during tough times. I also find that looking at things through the lens of attachment theory can provide helpful insights into our behaviors, making it easier for us to embrace positive change together.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from children to older adults. My experience includes helping individuals with dual diagnoses, severe and persistent mental illness, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression.
