We slow things down, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and make room for the parts of you that don’t always get airtime. You don’t have to have the words for it yet—just a willingness to show up.
I offer a grounded space for men to explore what’s beneath the surface. Using Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems, we’ll gently work with stuck emotions, stress, and inner conflict—at your pace, without pressure, and without needing to ‘have it all together.’
