My approach to therapy is to understand the core beliefs that lead to distress. Using concepts of CBT, DBT and eclectic therapy, I help the individual to understand the problem and gain the confidence to move forward. I have a particular focus on guiding through life's transitions whether it's leaving a career, starting over, or figuring out what's right.
I’ve spent many years on various jobs in direct care roles and in leadership, yet, I’ve found a recurrent theme: the need to be heard, to be validated, and to know you are not alone. I feel it’s time to end the silence!
