My focus is on releasing trauma, depression, anxiety and the emotional components of chronic conditions from the mind and body to facilitate healing using a holistic and integrative approach.
I address the complex relationship between mind, body, and emotion in a way which includes nutrition, exercise, body-connection, meditation and other body-oriented techniques. Once you've made a solid connection with ALL of your own self you can connect more fully with those people around you and witness relationship growth.
I also have additional training in sexuality (ED, low desire, sexual abuse, LGBT concerns, etc) and am an AASECT certified sex therapist. I focus on addressing these issues in an open, non-judgmental atmosphere. I use EMDR, DBT, TRE and hypnosis for trauma. Couples counseling is centered on the work of Terry Real and Gottman.
