Hi there, I'm Michelle! Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? You’re not alone. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-doubt, trauma, and life changes with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the life you want to create. Clients will learn to identify patterns of thought & behavior that contribute to distress, & I help build practical coping strategies, while exploring underlying experiences, & developing healthier ways to navigate emotions & relationships. Expect to be empowered, gain greater self-awareness, and improve emotional resilience.
I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you, whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.
Your first appointment will be an intake assessment. Your first session will provide a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous, & therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout the process.
