About
Feeling alone in your journey to grow your family? Feeling overwhelmed and emotional following the birth of your baby? I work with individuals and couples learning to navigate this often confusing and emotional journey of infertility as well as postpartum depression and anxiety. I can walk with you through these hard times, helping you to manage stress, nurture your relationships and make challenging decisions.
In addition to working with maternal mental health concerns, I maintain a general psychotherapy practice working with families experiencing conflict, tension, difficult life transitions and parenting struggles. I work with individuals experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression and grief/loss who want to improve their quality of life.
I am an LCPC with 10 years of clinical experience helping individuals and families as they work to understand their challenges and grow stronger through them. I am also a clinical supervisor and can provide individual supervision for LGPCs working towards their clinical license.
