About
Struggling, finding your passion for athletics causing constant distress, feeling stuck, using drugs/alcohol to relieve anxiety, depression or trying to be someone you are not? Low self-esteem, lack confidence, having difficulty developing meaningful relationships, want to learn a new way to live, a life of happiness, contentment, freedom? My experience is with mental health, addiction, pressures of being an athlete (feels like 100 years ago) and those who have issues with both. Do you want to live a life that you deserve, increase your quality of life?
I specialize in dual diagnosis, more specific, helping people who are struggling with mental health diagnosis and using drugs/alcohol or any addiction, to relieve themselves of the unbearable symptoms. I have 8 years of experience working with both mental health and addiction.
My own life challenges and experience has inspired me to use my passion for people to help those who are struggling with addiction and mental health. I learned to respect and love all people no matter race, age, sex, beliefs, and backgrounds. We all have a story that involves feelings, emotions, attitudes and behaviors, every person needs to be heard
