I have over 22 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. Throughout my career, I have supported clients facing challenges such as anxiety, grief and loss, anger, depression, self-esteem, boundaries, self-regulation, communication difficulties, relationship issues, and divorce or separation. I help clients develop self-awareness and discover the tools within themselves to overcome social, emotional, and behavioral obstacles, ultimately achieving greater inner peace and fulfillment.
I particularly enjoy using interpersonal, humanistic, and psychodynamic theoretical approaches with older teens and adults. With children and adolescents, I often incorporate play therapy techniques to create a safe and engaging environment. My goal is always to help clients identify the root of their challenges and find meaningful ways to address them.
I have experience providing counseling services to individuals of all races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. I am a Christian and have a strong faith in God. However, in my practice, I prioritize creating a non-judgmental, compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore, understand, and work through their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
