About
As a warm, interactive psychotherapist, I will help you gain insight and understanding in order to alleviate symptoms, enhance relationships, and manage stressors. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can safely express feelings and concerns, while working towards therapeutic goals. Together we can explore behavioral and relational patterns, and discover effective coping skills that best fit your needs. I work with adults, young adults, and teens, who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, insecurities, pregnancy, postpartum, and adjusting to change/life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Psychotherapist, with a Post-Degree Certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the American Institute of Psychoanalysis. I received specialized training in working with teens and families, and help with social skills, self-esteem, communication, school issues, parenting, divorce, and family conflict.
I have had great success in building strong connections with my compassionate approach, and I welcome hearing from you. Seeking therapy shows great strength and a desire to truly make changes in your life, so please contact me via phone or email, to discuss how I can be helpful to you.
