About
Each struggle in life brings an opportunity to uncover conflicts and create healing with a deeper exploration in therapy. I meet people where they are in life and begin treatment there. I have hope that healing can occur in everyone if they have motivation. I use a creative arts, integrative, evidence based model to explore patterns, beliefs, and get to the core so we can rebuild where the healing is needed. With children, I use play therapy and creative arts. I use insight, goals, and strengths to create treatments plans. We re-assess every few months to track progress.
I have worked with multiple symptoms and disorders such as anxiety, ADHD, adoption, bipolar, depression, grief/loss, infertility, relationship issues, self-esteem, self injury, social skills, and spirituality. I have additional trauma training and love keeping up with research and conferences to build my skills and stay up to date.
It's never too late to reach out for help. Life is a journey. Therapy can help embrace the ups and downs--to make sense of things. Please call or email if you are curious and would like to chat more. I would love to help get you connected and start the process of healing.
