I have worked with various populations including adolescents, and adults; in individual, couple, and family therapy settings. I am trained in an EMDR therapy approach and utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and ACT therapy modes.
My focus is treatment of depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, and family connection/communication. I am a proponent of the Rogerian approach to therapy - focusing on a client’s positive potential by utilizing unconditional positive regard, genuineness, and empathy.
