I'm an individual therapist with 20 years of experience working with survivors of childhood abuse, trauma, and intimate partner violence. I also have advanced training in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD, perfectionism, and burnout. I particularly enjoy working with other helping professionals to navigate concerns around work-life balance and vicarious trauma/compassion fatigue. Many of the individuals I work with also identify as having some form of neurodivergence.
With mindfulness as the cornerstone of my practice, I draw from a variety of third-wave cognitive behavioral therapies including ACT, DBT, RO-DBT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I'm a trained teacher of Kristin Neff's Mindful Self-Compassion, and have advanced training in a variety of trauma therapy models.
I'm known as being both direct and compassionate, and value the opportunity to help people grow and reach their goals.
