I use a roots-based approach to therapy, which helps you to discover the origins of your present-day concerns. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting), and will utilize this to help heal past wounds, hurts, and traumas that may be currently impacting you.
