Every parent and child deserves support in navigating their life challenges. Parents may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of how things can get better. Children may struggle with the ever-evolving changes that accompany growing up, and learning how to be and who they are in their world.
By using play therapy, I provide children with the space to learn and heal in the ways that come most naturally to them. I also support parents through sessions to process the ups and downs of parenting and learn new ways of connecting with their children.
