I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of professional experience assisting adult and senior clients who are struggling with stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, anger, dysfunctional relationships, poor coping skills, difficult life transitions, low self-esteem, and more.
I am trained to be non-judgmental, empathetic, genuine, and accepting of each client and where they are in their emotional journey. I work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, and I am experienced in adapting therapeutic interventions for those experiencing acute, severe, or chronic mental health issues.
