I work with adults, teens, and children on a variety of issues. Together we will determine the most appropriate treatment goals. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and draw from other modalities as needed.
