My approach is warm, supportive and transparent. I provide therapy for adults and couples, including individuals on the Autism Spectrum. I believe we can work together to help you improve your relationships and/or reduce stress, anxiety and other mental health distress. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and believe in the healing promise of the therapeutic alliance. With couples, I draw on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help them strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges such as conflict, infidelity, parenting stress, and life transitions.
In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I utilize mindfulness and expressive arts therapy in working with clients, depending on the client's wishes and needs.
I strive to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, understood, and unconditionally accepted. I welcome people of all cultures and identities.
