I firmly believe that we all hold the answers to our lives within ourselves. My job is to help you shine a light on your own answers, authentically and without judgement. I do not have a magic strategy that will "fix" you (you aren't broken!) nor can I tell you who you "should" be. Only you can decide that. I work best with those who want to explore their experiences and emotions to gain better insight into themselves. We are constantly told who we "should" be. We all carry beliefs about ourselves that were placed upon us by others, but you don't have to continue to hold them.

I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Every person is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I am non-directive and will not guide each session fully. We can explore whatever feels most relevant that day. Growth happens outside our comfort zone, but my goal is to help you feel as safe as possible so you can explore things when you're ready.

I use an eclectic, humanistic approach. During our first session, we will explore your goals and reasons for seeking therapy. With regular therapy, we will explore your past experiences, current environment and systemic issues to figure out how they tie into your view of yourself and the world. We will work to identify any inauthentic beliefs, and push back to discover your voice and identity.
