I believe in being genuine, maintaining a sense of humor and honoring that the individuals I work with are the experts on their own lives. I take an eclectic approach to therapy to better serve each individual but have been intensively trained in DBT, CBT and EMDR.
Pain is transformed or transmitted. This is something that we have all witnessed in our lives. I believe it is our personal responsibility to do the necessary, and oftentimes arduous and annoying, work of raising ourselves to be the most present, conscious and healed people we can be.
