I have experience working with adult survivors of harmful relationships, childhood trauma and neglect, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. My approach blends relational and attachment-based techniques with parts work and EMDR, allowing us to work together to explore and embrace your authentic self.
I understand that the effects of trauma can be deeply ingrained and feel difficult to overcome. However, with time and empathetic support, it is possible to heal from trauma and live a full and happy life. I am here to support you on your journey to healing.
