I work with adults (18+) healing from trauma, complex PTSD, abuse, and painful relationship experiences. My approach is relational, attachment-based, and IFS-informed. I am also trained in and incorporate EMDR to support the processing of painful memories. I offer a safe space to rest, reflect, and gently move toward healing.
I know how scary and vulnerable it can feel to take this step. Reaching out for help is not easy, especially when you’re used to holding so much on your own.
